Every Full Moon gives us the opportunity to release what is no longer serving us, gain clarity and allow for emotional healing.

This full moon is about how much we are giving and receiving… is it in balance? How are all the relationships in our life reflecting our amount of self care and value?

For those that feel a little anxious about the ‘dance’ portion. This will be a carefully created playlist for you to either dance, move, rest, roll around, be still - it is an opportunity for you to go on a journey with the music. It’s your experience.
